The graph given below illustrates the number of people who visited four international museum centres between 1980 and 2015. The number of visitors increased significantly for all museum centres except for the London science and Shenzhen museums. The maximum number of people chose to visit Lourve throughout the given period, which continuously increased until 2015, while the popularity of the London science museum and Shenzhen museum declined slightly as time passed. The popularity of the Vatican museum also enhanced dramatically, and in 2015 both Louvre and Vatican had an almost equal number of visitors.

In the year of 1980, Louvre was the most popular site for tourists and at around eight million people chose to visit there, followed by the Vatican museum, where approximately five million visitors arrived, while in London and Shenzhen museums were least popular, where only four million people travelled.

In 1980 and 2015, the popularity of the London museum declined dramatically at almost 50 percent compared to 1980, but Shenzhen popularity fluctuated substantially. The number of travellers to Lourve and Vatican museums continuously rose markedly until 2015, and at almost above nine million visitors reached there.
