Some individuals opine that students should evaluate the teaching of the teachers and others believe that it will only lead to a disrespectful and chaotic classroom. In both situations, there are some pros and cons. I will be describing both down below.

Evaluating teachers can be a very good step towards our education system which isn't really good at present and the particular reason for this circumstance is all teachers are not doing their best at teaching but if students start to evaluate teachers they will become more active and will try to do better jobs than before which will undoubtedly help the education quality. It will boost self-confidence among the students and they will get a better education as well as a better understanding of what they need.

On the other hand, evaluating teachers can harm a teaching environment. Firstly students are quite inferior to teachers in both terms of knowledge and maturity which is why their evaluations won't be perfect most of the time for that reason teachers may not take their evaluations seriously. Secondly, there are many students in a classroom and only one teacher if every student starts to evaluate a teacher it will only hinder a peaceful teaching environment which will result in even more damage to the education quality.

To sum up, everything that's been stated so far, students evaluating teachers will have some good results as well as some bad ones but by implementing some efficient rules and regulations teachers can be evaluated in a positive way that will not affect the teaching environment of the classroom.
